Together with Oliver Rasper - kitchen director and head of guest catering at NORD/LB and chef at star level - we have created a festive 4-course menu for recooking. Spoil your guests with delicate char, shrimp risotto, braised quail and Christmas chocolate tart.
We prefer to enjoy good food with family and friends at the festively set table, where the plates become the stage for the dishes. Oliver Raspel has arranged his exclusive menu for FÜRSTENBERG on the plates of the gourmet line BLANC. As Christmas dishes, the plates with different depths, radii and flag sizes as well as the innovative cloche impressively set the scene for the Christmas menu.
